RULES
Same Wake Time Every DayIf needed within 30 minutes
First 30 Minutes After Waking
Sun exposure with sun in vision:
15+ minutes on a bright day & 30+ minutes on a dim day.
12 Hours Before Bed
No more caffeine
2hr Before Bed
- Set tempature to 65°F (change if intuition calls)
- Dim everything in the house so its chill
- Put on blue light glasses if outside optimal pre sleep lighting
- Try staying in optimal pre sleep lighting, but don't stress it
Activity Options:
Light reading, nature, low cortisol social media if limits are not surpassed, light work (not trying to accomplish a lot or think deeply), low stimulation conversation, stretch, journal, organize, prepare for next day, long form videos and podcasts.

90min Before Bed
10 minute warm shower
