I know this is surface level knowledge to a lot of you but for the few that don't know these methods I hope this thread finds you well.
Eyes:
The eyes are at their best when they look bright and youthful. So for tired under eyes we can do a fat graft or infra orbital implants. For softmaxxing you could use an undereye serum (cope if you have recessed infras) and of course get good sleep. You could also fraud using concealer but make it undetectable. Now for the sclera (whites of your eyes), you can brighten these up using eye drops and I've seen the brand LUMIFY brighten up irritated scleras nicely.
Also don't make a bunch of expressions with your eyes to avoid wrinkling around the area, that goes for raising your eyebrows I see too many kids my age with forehead wrinkles from raising their eyebrows constantly. Also you could use oral minoxidil to grow lashes and brows and you could derma stamp your brows for more growth and dye them a bit darker if they are too light.
Skin:

As for other things, A nice tan or carotenoid glow can really look good and healthy. For solutions to this you could take supplements like beta carotene and lycopene astaxanthin
You could also use melanotan 2 or self tanners but if you're going down this route I would opt for mt2 as self tanners look fake and obvious.
Wrapping this up, rosy cheeks can Indicate oxygenated blood and good circulation and you can find ways to optimize your blood circulation in the thread I mentioned earlier.
Lips:
In order to optimize your lips you can focus on hydration and use aquaphor. Also avoid licking your lips or smoking as they can both tarnish your lips. Lightly exfoliate, I recommend using a damp wash cloth to wipe off dead skin and apply aquaphor every night before bed. You could also use red tinted Vaseline to get that rosy color.
Teeth
Although white teeth are not a definitive health indicator, it is undeniable that they look miles better than yellow teeth, now this is how you can improve your teeth.
Whitening strips are a great option but you will have to use them consistently to see results
Professional whitening is a better option for whitening because it's faster and yeilds longer lasting results
