You start to view things differently, you become more open minded and familiar with your own thoughts and feelings, which is really important, especially growing up creating your own opinions instead of believing and following what everyone says on social media. Instead, go outside and make your own opinions

surrounding yourself with people with good intentions is key to your own character development
Your surroundings and enviroment is as important as diet.

Eating proper natural food, such as meats dairy, seafood, and fruits, can reveal the best version of yourself.
not stuffing yourself with ultra processed foods, sugars, and chemicals makes such a large difference, which you will see benefits fast,
you will start to think more clearly, your mind will open up, you will feel stronger and full of energy

Being outside in the sun, winter breeze, or watching nature can put your body in a more relaxed and calmer state, and it can also help with anxiety and stress. Going on walks in nature and sitting in the sun, just relaxing

Being around likeminded people is impossible for me.I personally dont believe there is a single soul that is as matured and has such intelect.
