yeah i think it does differ person to person with the volume, if you recover fast enough nd shi and rir is hard to find i know i was underestimating what a 0 rir rep was when i was starting outsounds fair, currently not doing allat, also have to find out how to properly feel my rir‘s correctly, i will lower my volume for a bit
yeah next problem is im too much of a pussy to hit legs, i only hit calves like twice a week in a push day other than that my split is pretty much PPPPPPRAnything over 5 is too much personally

As long as your hitting the muscle twice a week n giving time to recover optimally n consistently progressively overloading than your fine

Depends on volume, if ur hitting the same muscle groups 3+ times a week 12+ working sets weekly then ur probably either not training intensively enough or ur not natty. And if ur honestly just having fun and enjoyment then that’s completely fine as well. I’m at the gym 6-7 times a week either grinding cardio, active rest days or actual workout sessions. I’ve gone to the gym just to train neck and hour of cardio. Be aware of fatigue build up as well.
