Is gym like 6 times a week too much? i dont even go that often because im some „discipline“ idiot but because its always fun having a workout with bro and i dont have much to do anyway.

depends tbh, how much volume you do and all that, when i go 6 days a week i usually back down on volume per workout to 2 sets per muscle group on the day on like 2ish rir instead of going to failure every set

sounds fair, currently not doing allat, also have to find out how to properly feel my rir‘s correctly, i will lower my volume for a bit

sounds fair, currently not doing allat, also have to find out how to properly feel my rir‘s correctly, i will lower my volume for a bit
yeah i think it does differ person to person with the volume, if you recover fast enough nd shi and rir is hard to find i know i was underestimating what a 0 rir rep was when i was starting out

Anything over 5 is too much personally

Make a split
As long as your hitting the muscle twice a week n giving time to recover optimally n consistently progressively overloading than your fine

Which is what’s more important

yeah next problem is im too much of a pussy to hit legs, i only hit calves like twice a week in a push day other than that my split is pretty much PPPPPPR😭, i feel like i can recover tho as im progressing every workout so idk

Depends on volume, if ur hitting the same muscle groups 3+ times a week 12+ working sets weekly then ur probably either not training intensively enough or ur not natty. Volume is also going to be dependent, I found for myself and also on average 2-3 times a week 6-9 working sets weekly is really good all to 0-1 reps away from failure

And if ur honestly just having fun and enjoyment then that’s completely fine as well. I’m at the gym 6-7 times a week either grinding cardio, active rest days or actual workout sessions. I’ve gone to the gym just to train neck and hour of cardio. Be aware of fatigue build up as well. I’m probably due a deload week or so lol
