i never had to deal with a “bad” food environment growing up. our pantry is always stacked, we eat out basically every day, our snacks are on deck 24/7. never complained.

but now that i’m actually tryna lock in and debloat, ts is genuinely hell.

i’m surrounded by soda, chips, candy, chocolate, all that sludge every single day. shi be testing my willpower. i’ll be sitting somewhere pissed off bc i can’t just grab a coke and fries from mcdonald’s on impulse.

before anyone starts, i’m not fat. i’m 5’8 with a 26” waist. this isn’t about weight loss, i’m just tryna debloat so my face looks less puffy.

problem is idk what to actually eat. right now i’m basically surviving off bananas, carrots, cucumbers, and water and i’ve never been more hungry in my life.

it’s also hard to get real meals in because most of the food in my house is just processed costco stuff. not much actual protein or whole food options unless i go out of my way.

so what do i even eat that’ll keep me full but still help with debloating? any easy meals/snacks that actually work?

That’s a child’s dream sure for someone like u.

But eat a diet like that for longer can negatively impact your facial characteristics even more lmao…

U might develop deep folds due to glycation

how old are you? the puffiness could just be baby fat that hasn't migrated yet.
also if you don't have overly good food options to debloat i would just recommend hiking or some form of zone 1 cardio if its not bodyfat related issue
