This is a zero sodium salt. I am thinking about it, but don’t know if it tastes good.

I mean it does work but it’s straight metallic hell 😭😭 i think you would benefit a lot more just ordering a kilo of straight potassium chloride and taking shots of it mixed in water throughout the day.

I made this thread asking because I always overdo it with the salt in my foods, but now I see people think I am trying to debloat with potassium chloride.

oh… the reason why nobody considered that perspective in the first place is because it’s a HORRIBLE seasoning replacement for salt 😭😭 genuinely might even be better to eat your food bland instead of making it taste like mineral metal garbage
