Raw diet is cope if your not starting since birth, for one yes you will have stronger jaw muscles but you can get that same stronger jaw muscles from chewing hard gum, unless your starting from birth your not really gonna have any gain of forward growth or bonemass which is a very common and idiotic belief, next the "protein and vitamin" benefits are sort of untrue, their is a chance that vitamin C and certain vitamin B's could be higher thats only because their heat sensitive and yes the raw meat does have more protein that doesn't mean your actually getting it because in raw meat its harder to absord protein however raw veggies and fruits will keep all their fiber and enzymes so theirs a plus to that at least, so raw fruits and veggies are going to be beneficial but raw meat and eggs arent going to give you benefit that is only achieveable with raw meat, the human body also absords more protein with cooked food.
