I got a narrow palate i struggle to breathe through my nose and wake up in the middle of the night a lot drooling. Tongue always feels uncomfortable and my bottom teeth are overcrowded, tongue is also jagged because of my narrow palate and looks weird. Going to dentists in February but when my dad spoke on the phone today they said its all “natural” but if im on the braces list theyll give me a palate expander. And no im not on the braces list so what can i do to convince them i need it maybe i should just make my teeth worse to get one who knows

i have a lot of friends with teeth issues worse than mine and are denied the dentists in my area are really stingy fucks but also im not sure if my dad mentioned everything i told them so maybe they wont claim its natural when i tell them idk
