Nothing, growing 3rd molars will not impact the condylar cartilage to make you increase the length of your ramus.

Wdym by impacted?
Basically when the 3rd molars are spatially obstructed which then prevents them from achieving a functional and occlusal position within the dental arch. This happens when jaw hasnt grown adequately or when posterior arch length is insufficient to accommodate 3rd molars. They are also classified under certain angulations (mesioangular, distoangular, horizontal, vertical impaction)

As Dexter Dexter already mentioned, there aren't going to be any huge changes other than negatives if your jaw isn't capable of keeping your wisdom teeth.

Negatives include jaw stiffness and irritability when chewing. Only get it removed if you're experiencing pain with them. People who typically have stronger and wider jaws don't need wisdom teeth removal.
