I’ve heard that many has said it’s cope but idk at this point, I’ve read pnuemos teeth whitening guide but dnr at that I don’t want my gums to fucking burn cus then your in severe pain. JFL

use pnuemos teeth whitening guide its better and your gums wont burn as long as you do it correctly

I use hydrogen peroxide and I’ve had pretty good results but I’m inconsistent with it so you can give that a try if you want

I made a recent thread about this saying I’m gonna mix hydrogen peroxide with baking soda then after I’m done brushing witn that I’ll apply a teeth whitening strip and I’ll see if it works

I did this exact thing but I didn’t mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide together I used baking soda then hydrogen peroxide and finished it off with whitening strips
