b catenin accumulation is bad, but because its primarily a cxxc5 - dvl inhibitor, its function is not to increase wnt signalling but to prevent its decrease, and this is enhanced through its gsk3b inhibition
it was more effective than ky19334 which was a solo cxxc5 - dvl inhibitor, which would probably be safer but also likely harder to source
really what this means is dont mega dose it

yeah came to this same conclusion, anything through wnt/b is unoptimal. Moreover RUNX2 is terrible xd

if you dont wanna accelerate differentiation you would also remove all androgens, but ofc you dont because like wnt upreg (up to a certain point) its beneficial
