why it shoudnt be used
it accelerates chondrocyte differentiation and ossification

but how ?
KY-19382 indirectly high fold increases β-catenin signalling, β-catenin binds TCF/LEF (altering gene expression)
This alteration leads to-

Upregulation of RUNX2 (regulates chondrocyte maturation)

Upregulation of MMP13 (breaks down chondrocytes to prepare for ossifciation)

when should it be used ?

in theory yes, but its more complex than that
b catenin accumulation is bad, but because its primarily a cxxc5 - dvl inhibitor, its function is not to increase wnt signalling but to prevent its decrease, and this is enhanced through its gsk3b inhibition
it was more effective than ky19334 which was a solo cxxc5 - dvl inhibitor, which would probably be safer but also likely harder to source
really what this means is dont mega dose it

yeah came to this same conclusion, anything through wnt/b is unoptimal. Moreover RUNX2 is terrible xd
