I get science based lifting using these splits

But the split makes such a small difference than advertised its not even funny,

Your workout selection (like the machines you use) and (reps and sets and total volume you accumulate over the week) with progressive overload will make so much more of a difference than the split, The only reason people even advertise this split is because in theory it makes the other variables I mentioned much more likely to happen. but its over exaggerated n yes I read the literature behind training.

Not necessarily true bru.. a basic understanding of mechanical tension and progressive overload can make anyone grow with any split you choose, I do this split since ive seen MAJOR strength progress and helps w recovery personally..
