What strategy actually serves the narcissist best for their outcomes?
Any real experiences/examples? or some study?

Option 1: Lock down a pretty, high status empath. Charm her, then unapologetically manipulate her, validation, sex, attention, while she forgives everything.

Option 2: Cheat/multi-date. Keep primaries for image/long-term, side roaster for variety/excitement & back-up.

Option 3: Go against instincts, act 'normal.'

I would say it would depend on if they have any other mental disorder because not all people with npd are abusive. Most people with just npd cant keep a partner because they dont see the person their with as equal or worthy of them so they end of leaving(which would be option 1). Now if they have some other disorders along side ndp which would makes them more violent then its probaly 1 or 2.

All the methods really only work if you MOG,

But a decent method is, getting close with her friends but in a friendly way.

Be super nice to them but not in a cheating way but in a way that will make her thing "Wait does he find her more attractive ?" this will motivate her to put it more effort and view her friend as a competition. and she will want to earn your respect even more.
But the thing with this method is that, if she points if out and say's stop or were done. You can say "being nice is bad ????" so its makes her look crazy, but If she retaliates with actually ending the relationship or going somewhere. That is an indication she already has someone more attractive on her phone hitting her up anyways and she jus needed n excuse to follow through with it. So basically it was over before it began so you kinda need to mog for this method or be confident.

Another thing you could is whenever you guy's are fighting, jus walk away instead of engaging, this will signal to her "wait is there another bitch around that he can simply jus walk away n talk to ?
