I obviously am going to get the mole removed and I’m going to the derm for that soon. I’m 16 I’m pretty much soft maxed besides compounds,which I do plan on doing in the near future. but what surgeries do I need to go through with when I am older I want to know as soon as possible so I have plenty of time to research.

I feel you man;You can bonesmash the chin;Jutting and hyoid placement will help;But save up for a bimax would be the best option;If you have early puberty you could try out a forsus appliance.
