Anything other than energy drinks and caffeine. I have abused those in the past and was a cortisol ridden dog for a couple months. While I do still drink them to get work done, I need something for the rest of the day to help me socialize.
My diet, I try to keep to to sub 2000 cals, with only whole foods and meat focused such as eggs and salmon (cooked tho dw, jfl at goatiscels)
Anything more I can do to feel energised?
