After a month of being on this site this iwas what i have added to my life to ascend what do yall think?
SKIN
-accutane (40mg everyday)
-topical GHK 1%
-based daily cleanser
-vaseline moisturiser spam (lips and eyebags mainly)
-Spf 30 light moisturiser
-gallon of water a day+
EYE AREA
-castor oil
-lumify for special occasions
-eyebrow dye
SOFTMAXES(some people will call this cope idrc it doesnt take much out of my day and i have seen improvements already.)
-Neck curls 2 sets failure every other day
-super somthing chin tucks where like i do em laying down and not standing idk bro
-thumb pulling on the upper pallete idk what its called
-30 mins chewing mastic gum
DIET
-for lunch we got an open campus so i js spam chipotle and (acai bowls only when the foid i fancy wants to go tho)
-mainly fruit for snack
-just ground beef for dinner and greek yogurt for breakfast
