Getting a bimax in november through insurance. Seems like a lot of people say they will but never have any real plans or haven't started the process.
I've been in contact with a clinic in Istanbul in order to get a forehead reduction july 2027, can be a bit tricky and the surgeon might have to assess me in person to check if i'm a candidate. If it doesn't work out i'll allocate the budget towards a chin implant instead.

get chin implant, unless u have a shit bitemporal width, forehead length is almost never the actual problem

the root cause is the smaller lower third making the forehead appear bigger

u would benefit much more from lengthening ur lower third than from shortening the upper. my opinion tho

Ignore the death tier eyebags

I'm gonna give filler a shot, but it's still a bit bulbous

The bump, sure, but it's still bulbous and affects my front profile unfortunately
then i would go for the rhino, if the flaw is only noticeable from the side i would say to just do fillers.
