alr. ill start to. u think also in a style of progressive overload and do it like 2-3x per week, or more frequent?
start with 3 times a week to be easier to start cuz if you get muscle pain on ur neck it will be bad so start with 3 then move to like 5 or 6 times a wwk as time goes on and do progressive overload its a muscle like anyother at the end

no im pretty sure its great in development to force forward growth
yeah but at 15 to 16 yo all most of ur bones including the maxilla is like 96% developed and unless ur like severly ressesed it wont do much

i mean yeah sure but again im pretty sure my maxilla isnt the problem. theres gotta be sum other surgery than double jaw to fix my hyoid

yeah to u ur maxilla is fine nothing to do with hyloid but if i were you i will try softmaxes like traning the muscle before i hop to surgery

chin tucks may be cope but neck curls seem logical ill probably do them to see if they work
