sure, bonesmashing can promote some kind of bone growth but it takes alot of time compared to training your chin
ive been training it for around a month and the results are already here (not done yet) but enough to know that it works.
why train it?
helps with facial convexity and shit
how to train it
(note that you have to do these exercises until your chin is begging you to stop)
-first exercise
make a circle with your mouth (you should feel your chin muscle activating)
-second exercise
you have to lower your lower lip as much as possible using the chin muscle (again you should feel the chin muscle activating)
feel free to invent your own exercises and see which ones you prefer
