Yes , I am currently 21 gonna be 22 in 5 months I am currently 162cm or 5.3feet and weight around 55.6 kgs I am gonna start a 3 year transformation the goal is to reach 6 feet with a shredded physique (I am an Indian and my parents are shorter by the way)…
Heres what I gonna do I will cycle every morning for 15miles(20kilometers) increase saddle height by 1/4 inch every two weeks
And do high jumps atleast 100–200times a day and do hanging for 30 - 60 seconds twice for every 45 minutes and I am gonna do stretching in the morning and evening
In the night after food . I will jog with ankle weights(5 pounds each leg gonna increase latter) for 20 minutes and take a break for a minute and sit on bed with legs lying down with a ankle weights of around (20 pounds each leg for 1 hour and get back to sleep)
I will take multivitamin , calcium , magnesium and zinc supplements along with egg shell powder(1 tea spoon or 5g)
I will eat a minimum of 3000 calories I will do calisthenics and weight lifting
Monday :pullups , incline dumble press , bicep curls
Tuesday : dips , forearms , squats
Wednesday : repeat monday
Thursday :sprinting in the morning or evng
Friday :dips , forearms , squats
Saturday :pullups , incline dumble press , bicep curls
Sunday: intermittent fasting and if possible swimming
I will update for every 6 months
Starting stage the lower end line is my height and higher end line is my goal.. see you guys in January 2025 guys
