Requirements:
(Boring I know)

-Must be lower than 15% body fat

-Must have a decent amount of muscle to begin with

-Must be hydrated and had a full night of rest (7-8 Hours)

-Must eat 500 grams of Carbs the day before

-Must consume at least half a Gallon of water before workout


-Must eat 100 grams of Carbs pre lift

-Must have 1,200 - 2,000 mg of Soduim pre lift

-Preferably must be on Test






Now For the Juicy PUMP STACK:dicapriolaugh::

1 Scoop of Stim Pre:
