Yes but most of his client arent from his private clinic and he doesnt perform a lot of surgeries per year and that is still beyond the point that yes a lot of subhumans could look better but the obstacle i mentionned remain and to say that every subhuman should rot in their basement and to treat them badly because of their looks is just cruel and stupid statistically there is a pretty good chance that i terramog you and therefore by your logic i should bully you and treat you like dirt and you will accept it because i was born with a better genetic fitness than you something i didnt even earn.It just prove that you are immature and you lack comprehension of genetic determinism i truly hope you reflect on your behaviours and mature so that you can live a happy and fullfilling life
