is 20mcg clen for 2 weeks then 40 then after 2 weeks 60 then after another 2 weeks 80 and then stop for 3 weeks and repeat a good cycle

I’m on Reta and 10% body fat, I was just wondering if tirz was a better idea due to the appetite suppressant boost, I’m very active so the bmr decrease from getting off Reta would weigh out
