I'm planning to start a retatrutide cycle in about a month, but I'm unsure about the dosage.

Some people recommend injecting it once a week, while others suggest microdosing daily to reduce side effects.

Start with 0.5mg/1mg, depending on how tall and big you are, and inject once every week, for example pin 1mg on monday and the next week on monday again and so on, if your 2 months in to the cut and you notice the reta stops wotrking the you can up the dose

i notice cravings and fat loss stop around the 6 day mark, this aligns with the literature as the half life is 6 days, so to keep consistent i do it every 5 days personally
also start at 1, titrate once you begin to not feel effects anymore, dont get greedy and go too high too fast
dont eat high fat foods, or processed foods like pizza
ur on a rlly good drug so take advantage of it by eating good, work with it to see the best results instead of using it as a crutch

i jumped the dose too high too fast. i made this mistake both times i hopped on reta
i also ate pizza, and that was the sickest ive ever been in my entire life, throwing up, bloating, diarrhea, brain fog, i couldnt stand up straight because my stomach was so hard and bloated shi was genuinely scary but i ended up fine just dont eat like shit like me
