u need some forward growth/ccw rotation since ur chin is extremely recessedlooking for any softmaxxing/midmaxxing advice
all of those are utter copeu need some forward growth/ccw rotation since ur chin is extremely recessed
least cope softmaxxes include:
chewing on premolars
Proper posture (extremely important)
mewing
sleeping on back with good posture
your eyebrows are also quite patchy and thin, i suggest you use minoxidil to thicken them
wouldnt go that far, these definitely work up to a certain age, but they need to be practiced 24/7, 1 hour of 'good posture' wont fix anything, you need constant good posture.all of those are cope.
you dont have to be einstein to know this methods are retardedwouldnt go that far, these definitely work up to a certain age, but they need to be practiced 24/7, 1 hour of 'good posture' wont fix anything, you need constant good posture.
how do you know theyre cope? have you tried for long enough to notice that theyre futile? most likely not.
no backing mechanism for none of them, mewing has a fundamental role when a baby and a toddler, his case is not fixable through softmaxxing, back sleeping is bs, and none of them actually help mask or advance anything which is required.wouldnt go that far, these definitely work up to a certain age, but they need to be practiced 24/7, 1 hour of 'good posture' wont fix anything, you need constant good posture.

back sleeping improves nose breathing in case he mouthbreathes in his sleep... it opens the airwayno backing mechanism for none of them, mewing has a fundamental role when a baby and a toddler, his case is not fixable through softmaxxing, back sleeping is bs, and none of them actually help mask or advance anything which is required.Veridic
actually the opposite, side sleeping with elevation helps open airways, good posture is not repositioning bones or changing a skeletal pattern, mewing does nothing after 14, only works as a support mechanism, please stop watching oscar patel.back sleeping improves nose breathing in case he mouthbreathes in his sleep... it opens the airway
good posture and nose breathing definitely has "backing mechanism"
mewing definitely does work even after 18 but to minimal extent.
im not sure where you found your info but this is logical
oscar patel is brainrot nigger, but there have been studies done on mewing over 18 and some people respond, again, there have been studies.actually the opposite, side sleeping with elevation helps open airways, good posture is not repositioning bones or changing a skeletal pattern, mewing does nothing after 18, only works as a support mechanism, please stop watching oscar patel.
he wont see no significant change, they work as support but don't have the strength to advance anything, good posture is good but doesn't change a skeletal pattern so he wont get CCW rotation from it or true forward growth, mewing does not posses the required force to move or advance anything after around 12-14, placebo effect is bs and has been eviscerated several times. plus lets say they work, they would make almost no visible difference, he's only gonna get good results from Bimax with CCW rotation and a genio or chin wing osteotomy, his midface is recessed not only the maxilla, also he has a recessed zygomatic arch, explain how mewing and all those copes will increase any projection at all.oscar patel is brainrot nigger, but there have been studies done on mewing over 18 and some people respond, again, there have been studies.
side sleeping is only good on the LEFT side because it supports your heart.
you mentioned mewing only works as a support mechanism, this implies that something CAN be changed after 18 according to you, if you need to mew to support whatever youre talking about.
good posture is good regardless of whether it changes bone structure
im not sure why youre shitting on these, these are good habits REGARDLESS if they work or not, let him try and see, at least it might give him some placebo effect or it might work. again im not sure where youre finding these are "cope" from other than other users who definitely havent tried these.
i agree with some points but this is already a back and forth discussion with no end, i dont think he'll notice much change if he tries the softmaxxes, but why not let him try, you never know...he wont see no significant change, they work as support but don't have the strength to advance anything, good posture is good but doesn't change a skeletal pattern so he wont get CCW rotation from it or true forward growth, mewing does not posses the required force to move or advance anything after around 12-14, placebo effect is bs and has been eviscerated several times. plus lets say they work, they would make almost no visible difference, he only gonna get good results from Bimax with CCW rotation and a genio or chin wing osteotomy, his midface is recessed not only the maxilla, also he has a recessed zygomatic arch, explain how mewing an all those copes will increase any proyection at all.
dont take ur word at all, specially when its about and overbite, cope and cope, at most u saw some soft tissue change, i really doubt mewing worked for u, i think u just want to believe it works for advancement.i agree with some points but this is already a back and forth discussion with no end, i dont think he'll notice much change if he tries the softmaxxes, but why not let him try, you never know...
i started mewing when i was above 18 and i have seen slight maxillary projection and my 'underbite' has moved forward to align with my upper teeth now my bite is almost perfect
obviously ive done other 'softmaxxes' but this, in my opinion, is a pretty significant change
i have pictures to show my progression but im not leaking myself so youll have to take my word lol
alright lmao, dont see a reason for me to lie, but ok if u think its cope lmao then you do youdont take ur word at all, specially when its about and overbite, cope and cope, at most u saw some soft tissue change, i really doubt mewing worked for u, i think u just want to believe it works for advancement
there are studies with peer reviewed evidence to prove it, anything you say without any evidence to back its mechanism is just your opinion.alright lmao, dont see a reason for me to lie, but ok if u think its cope lmao then you do you
soft tissue change is still change regardless, and like i said, mewing isnt the only softmaxxing i do
if u wanna sit and say its cope without trying yourself or researching studies ok lol
same goes for you lmaoanything you say without any evidence to back its mechanism is just your opinion

Lee et al. (2019) - "Mewing: Social Media’s Alternative to Orthognathic Surgery?" (Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery)same goes for you lmao

thought u were removed from mod for your mod abuse lmao?andEryczek just stop with your misinformation.
otherwise I'd have to ban you
sure, the plenty of people that agree with you beat scientific and medical studies by (World Journal of Orthodontics), the university of alberta and the official journal of oral maxillofacial surgery. Just JFLthought u were removed from mod for your mod abuse lmao?
"i dont agree with you so im gonna have to ban you" jfl
there are plenty of people that agree with me, again, is this supposed to be a forum where we help users or just call everything cope like org?
i just skimmed through them and used a summarizing tool...Lee et al. (2019) - "Mewing: Social Media’s Alternative to Orthognathic Surgery?" (Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery)

found no evidence backing the mechanism. after 18 and many more studies reach the same conclusion,Godveil Heir . Also this one Mew (2007) - "Facial Changes in Identical Twins Treated by Different Orthodontic Techniques" (World Journal of Orthodontics)
that was a joke btwthought u were removed from mod for your mod abuse lmao?
More like I won't be allowing retards to spew nonsense and cause confusion"i dont agree with you so im gonna have to ban you" jfl

ok, find one study with good information about this topic, and also, mechanistically mewing wont even work because this is the age maturation for bones in kids, it was over before you were even conscious about looks.i just skimmed through them and used a summarizing tool...
tavoossidoesn’t prove mewing doesn’t work because it didn’t study mewing by itself instead it looked at a whole orthotropic treatment package in mostly growing patients and used a new design, which can’t show cause and effect. the conclusion was basically that the evidence for clear skeletal change was INCONCLUSIVE , not that change is impossible. “Insufficient evidence” means uncertainty, not that "mewing doesnt work".
Lee et al. isn’t an effectiveness study at all its aa commentary about the popularity of mewing on social media and how clinics should be aware of it. There were no before and after measurements, no intervention, and no testing of facial change, so it cannot be used as evidence that mewing fails.
these 2 studies simply dont prove anything, they just show there is a lack of research and no evidence to support either of our claims
