so you post 3 studies, i completely disprove your claim and then you go and say that "there is not enough information on the topic" which is exactly what i said, there is no solid proof for either of us, are you blind? can you not read?ok, find one study with good information about this topic, and also, mechanistically mewing wont even work because this is the age maturation for bones in kids, it was over before you were even conscious about looks.View attachment 32052
@Godveil_Heir, again mechanistically, you are wrong about everything, lmao.
and then you go and post this slop which you dont even understand,
That table shows when MAJORITY OF DEVELOPEMENT of the face is mostly completed, not that the bones stop changing entirely, it describes growth speed in childhood and puberty, not lifelong remodeling capacity
After maturity, sutures are less adaptable, so posture is much less likely to cause large skeletal shifts but craniofacial bones still remodel in adults this is WHY braces, expansion devices, and normal aging change facial structure
So the table supports the idea that the best window for big growth modification is childhood, but it does NOT prove posture or mewing cant cause change after 18. It shows reduced potential, not zero chance...
again, youre posting some bullshit.
