This guide will include:

How to lose bf%
How to get clearer skin
How to up bonemass
How to framemaxx
How to achieve optimal colouring (for caucasians)


• How to lose BF%

First and most important thing is to be in a caloric defacit. Eating red meat everyday is optimal but atleast 3-4 times a week. I recommend beef liver 1x a week aswell.
I would also recommend cycling reta (bunch of cycling guides on here)

• Skinmaxxing

Use a gentle cleanser (preferably La-Roche-Posay)

Moisturizer (bunch of good ones out there, not hard to find one)

Sunscreen everyday (dont use alot and i would recommend getting one without shine)

I would also recommend a low dose if isotret + microneedling

•How to not be a boneless chud

You can get a drug called “Romosozumab” it works by inhibiting sclerostin, it dual acts to increase bone mass/formation and reduces bone resorption. It is administered with 2 subcutaneous injections a month (each 105mg) for a 12-month period. After 12 months of usage you have to get a antiresorptive agent like bisphosphonate so you wont lose the bonemass.

Just for note you may have some problems if you are running testosterone/hgh while on romosozumab because they both push boneformation so there is a theoretical risk of imbalenced remodeling.

And you should also get bloodwork done to check for vitamin/calcium deficiency

•Framemaxxing

I know that there are probably many guides on here that discuss this already so im going to be quick

First off testosterone/ other anabolics will help you achieve way faster results so keep that in mind

You can start off with prioritizing shoulders during you workouts (lateral raises and shoulder press mainly). Then having a thicker back contributes to how your frame looks so i would recomend upper back rows/kelso shrugs. You can also train your upper chest which will give your frame a bigger look.

IMPORTANT!! DO NOT TRAIN YOUR TRAPS. So keep away from doing shrugs and make sure your form on everything is good because alot of excersises will train traps if done incorrectly.

• Optimal colouring guide

First off the optimal colouring for men is dark hair, tanned skin and light eyes.
Or if your going for a more youthful look light hair and slightly tanned skin will also look great

Hair: Might want to consider dying your hair jet black if you already have dark hair, but if you have light brown-brown hair i would advise against it because it can look really uncanny/fake.
If you have lighter hair you could dye it lighter or get lighter highlights

Eyebrows and lashes: dying your eyebrows and lashes is a top 1 softmaxx. If you have light or sparse eyebrows i would recommend dying them brown-dark brown because if you dye them jet black they can look painted on.
That said if you have darker eyebrows dying them jet black isnt a bad idea and you should look into it.
And for lashes i would recommend everyone should dye them jet black
Ps: if you have short/thin eyelashes i would recommend a strong lash serum (GrandLash MD or Latisse)

Skin colour: if you look too tanned you could look into bleaching your skin but i would be careful (bunch of guides on here/org). But for most people that isnt the problem which gets me into this next part. Tanning drops, they are a cheat code for people like me that have pale skin, you just apply a couple drops into your moisturizer/sunscreen and your good

Teeth and eye colour: For optimal colouring you have to have white teeth and a clean white sclera. For whitening teeth you could cop a 20$ teeth whitening box at your local drug store/pharmacy. Just follow the instructions on the box and youll be fine. For whitening the sclera/eye colour are 2 main items you can use. First of all Lumify, the lumify eyedrops are the goats of whitening the sclera, the effect will last for 5-8 hours and have no side effects for almost everyone. And if you have shit stained eyes you can always look into contacts. Just make sure you dont go to light because it’ll look uncanny.

Lips: have red and plump lips is a must. You should brush you lips a couple times a week to get rid of dead skin. And for that red look you should cop the rosy red vaseline. It will automaticly make your lips look way better

Clothes: What clothes you wear can make your colouring look better. I would recommend getting silver jewlery and wearing tops that match you eyecolour. It will make your face look more striking
