I was thinking about that, i asked bwython and he said it can actually make them better by increasing cheekbone width to eye ratio (ESR) but honestly idk

ur pfl is also kinda bad, rhino would make ur eye separation more apparent plus short pfl. Zygo implants with Marpe could help

Thanks man, if you dont mind me asking can you rank eyes, mouth and nose from worst to least bad? And for each one, what exact part is the problem — for nose: tip/base/bridge/projection; for mouth: lip size/width/philtrum; for eyes: tilt/spacing/eyelids/PFL?

fix your misc, colouring is ok but a bit too average face, get contacts and um, fix your lips they look very bad and making your "big" nose even worse and you are very bloated.
