Does anyone know why this happens

Im pinning
Test e
Klow stack (i know ghk cu is cope, im using it for the bpc157 tb500 and kpv)
Cjc+ipa (for its skin benafits im not a iqlet who thinks its gonna make me 7ft lol)

Im doing 150mg test e
2.5mg ghkcu, 500mcg tb500, bpc157, kpv
250mcg cjc and ipa
