I have a narrow palette and my orthodontist wants to remove 4 teeth. I have an appointment in 2 weeks and I know I need to expand instead of remove. What do i ask for

I mean just say that you prefer expanding because extraction will harm your face(not really a crazy thing to say, they are studies around this, show him or her them) and if they "saar appeal to authority type shi you don't know anything" just change your orthodontist bro. I can't believe that it's still normalized to extract allat of teeth just to have them giga straight and rape your face in the process(US problem i reckon):eastwood:
