Hey guys. Is there anything that could actually improve nose? possibly getting rid of a bulbous nose without doing surgery or rhino, my bulbous nose lowkey fucks up my philtrum ratio makes it look way smaller than it is.

depends on what ur down to do but tret can help slightly and if not satisfied i would recommend accutane

Yeah i saw a few people talking about their experience with tret most said no visible changes
