I have mild to moderate acne, with oily skin and my nose has a shit ton of disgusting blackheads, its quite bulbous and oily asw

My nose for the most part has good slim cartilage and my nasal bridge is good but the skin thickness and it being oily rapes.

Will accutane help with getting really good skin + the nose? Should i stack accutane with tret and hydrocortisone asw?

For sure will improve the aesthetics of it idk bout the size . im just starting accutane

It should probably decrease the size as my nose is oily and has blackheads maybe idk I'll try and dose 20 mg a day for a few months

currently on 25mg and have the same nose (but close to zero acne), i will update if something changes I am still in purge phase and on cycle so sebum is a lot worse than normally

25mg is a very low dose tho. i would atleast do 40

Read the neuropsychiatric side effects. Your Prefrontal cortex isn't fully developed at 16 so this can have major issues

Like I said close to zero acne , only problems with nose so I don’t see any need in fucking my hormones further with higher isotret dose
