i have some questions about this split, by upper lower you mean one day you train like chest arms biceps back and the next you trains legs/abs/traps etc right? and also arent ur triceps already tired after doing chest? same goes for biceps after doing back so i feel like you wouldnt be able to train them as hard. i do back triceps, chest biceps and legs and considering that u have to train the muscle at least twice a week it takes time plus money for the 1 week membership.if ur not running upper lower in 2026 unless ur on roids what the fuck are you doing craziest growth ive had in a minute
