ok can you show me what it has to do with this thread?
Just pointing out ur a low iq nigger
mirin
just bonesmash tbh, WE all know that shi works
ive got bumps on my chin, hopefully if i ever get super lean they wont be visible
how does bonesmashing work? it literally just gives you a swelling thats temporary, it wont shape your bones or anything, the swelling makes your jaw look more defined or whatever which will only last a day

something ive noticed is that the bone strengthens extremely fast
the first time i did it as a joke i didnt have to hit too hard to get bruising
now i just cant hit hard enough to get bruising without hitting cartoonishly hard
are you on hgh? hgh will speed up bonesmashing results like crazy its not even comparable to natty bonesmash

i know its basically a meme phrase but subperiosteal hematoma ossification is legit, thats why i hit as hard as i physically can just a few times to get the bruising and avoid skin damage

not on gh yet, but i got the original bump within a week and it hasnt gone away in over a year
got some new bumps recently from just joking around

birthdefect has a thread on it, im pretty sure scar tissue is permanent anyway, which if done correctly can mimick bones

although it is, i dont like the idea of scar tissue
i believe high volume low intensity biases scar tissue deposition and high intensity low volume biases bone bruising
and since low volume takes less time (just a few very hard hits) and it gives real bone with less soft tissue damage i believe it mogs hard

whats that?
didnt expect this tbh
subperiosteal meaning right beneath the outer layer of the bone (periosteum)
hematoma meaning blood pooling (bruise)
ossification meaning turning into bone
you bruise the bone, let blood pool, and let your body convert that to bone
this process is used in periosteal distraction osteogenesis, and theres numerous studies on subperiosteal hematoma ossification

also, wouldnt bonesmashing lead to resorption?

and the bone would be repaired to return to its original structure, right? not grow

also, have u heard of the “Wolff’s law”? it kind of disproves bonesmashing in a way

theres also no clinical evidence of it, always trust the experts
bro they're just a google away but fine fine ladies ladies if you insist
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5759665/
this is all you get since its my favourite one and im not bothered finding more
i’ll have a read through it now

wolffs law is a myth jfl at anyone who thinks it has any validity
its insane how people managed to find the one principle on bone that doesnt govern height nor an increase in size

the cases described here (such as the “tumor”) are really rare,

most subperiosteal hematomas simply just heal and are re-absorbed without forming bone, ossification can create abnormal bone growth but not enlarge facial bones

bones adapt mainly to consistent mechanical loading, not blunt trauma

also birthdefect birthdefect theres no studies or claims that support the theory of bonesmashing, and if bonesmashing really did work most people on this forum would be walking morphs by now

just get genio atp

they are rare not because its hard to recreate but because a single hard hit is rarely enough to facilitate new growth
its fairly easy to setup an optimal environment, for me it would just be hitting like twice or thrice a week

i doubt "bonesmashing" itself has been studied, but blunt trauma on bone has and it does create new bone
if you want a megathread of studies about blunt trauma on bone theres one on org but i forgot who made it
abnormal bone growth but not enlarge facial bones
whats the difference? i dont claim you can change positioning, just add mass, fairly permanently i might add

1)Accutane:
Pretty self explanatory. this shrinks the oil glands mostly and thins the skin
(This is actually important for lattise as well , since accutane will thin the skin and shrink the oil glands making latisse absorbtion easier. you may still see results with latisse alone but its advised to combine it with accutane)
2) latisse:
Now this is the main part , this methods very very very very underground and people barely do it
but ill simply explain to you the theory
Latisse/bipamorost is known to shrink fat mass and stop current fat cells from reproducing further
Quote: Latisse (bimatoprost 0.03%) can cause periorbital fat atrophy, a side effect resulting in the loss of fat around the eyes, leading to a sunken, hollowed-out appearance (deepening of the eyelid sulcus). While often reported as reversible upon cessation, this, along with other prostaglandin-associated periorbital changes (PAP), can sometimes be permanent.

So normally this is a very very very bad side effect of lattise it will rape your periorbital fat which is going to deascend you permanently for life
now this is where i got my idea
What if we purposefully applied latisse on the nose , in order to permanently supress the nasal fat just like how it supressed periorbital fat?
Thats what im going to do.
Some may argue that the eyelid skin is very thin (0.5mm) and nose skin is very thick (2mm 1.5mm with accutane , alar folds are 1mm. which is around 0.7mm with accutane)
But the worst situation is , even if it wasnt truly effective enough to get through the thick cartillage nose skin. We still have the alar folds as a backup plan. The alar folds are full of nasal fat. almost purely fat and theres only 0.7mm of skin protecting it (with accutane)
so it should be way easier than burning the main cartillage fat if we look at the alar folds fat

tldr: im gonna try burning nasal fat with lattise and see if it shrinks
Are you gonna LDAR here?

Interesting take. Bookmarked + Bump, I will be keeping my eye on this. Thanks for the tag Baal Baal .

I will post results if i see any. ordering latisse rn it should take about 4 months for full results and the rest of the course will just be making sure the effects last permanently

Looking forward to seeing the results from this.

Also mirin knowledge birthdefect birthdefect , keep it up.
