this is gonna sound stupid im going to try to explain the best i can 1. check if you have deviated septum. 2. if not this is what you do Lets say your left nostril is blocked get on your bed lay on your right side and rest your fist on your temple (kinda like the flippin sexy emote on fortnite) now use your finger to close the nostril that works by 75% and use other finger to pull open fucked up nostril then breathe until it fixes . I hope this made sense ik its retarted sounding but if you do it right on my mom this work lmk if youre confused
