I was at my cousins for a week and i ate a BUNCH of shit so my face is fucked...hard. I also found out my childhood nutrition was fucked as my mother ate shit while i was in the womb i was fed no meat for the first 6 yrs of my life and only breastfed for a bit b4 i was fed formula and goats milk

I have a couple days until college and i can return to my base form. However, i am sick of being mtn and as this title suggests its lock in time. I will write about my plan and different sectors on what i will work on. U can use some tips and or give me some advice.


We can work from the top down:

HAIR:

Just had a haircut where my hair is now fucked. However the salonist cut it in this way so that when i grow it back it should be alot more texturised and layered.
My plan for hair is to wash every 3 days with conditioner and shampoo

Use sea salt spray and leave in conditioner combo for styling

Avoid wetting everyday and allow to air dry while messing with it occasionaly to allow for a nice modcut type of look. I aim to grow it to about rira or bonserr length/ style.

EYEBROWS:
Thx to my ethnic genes i have nice dense eyebrows.

My only fix here is to maintain with a dermaplane and shape so its not too messy

EYES:
I do get compliments for my eyes however i seek perfection.

Eye drops to whiten my sclera

More squinting

If needed i can cut my medial canthus

Idk how but i want to try and find a way to lighten eye color without surgery or contacts( because of money)

Then green tea bags for dark circles

NOSE:

My nose is fucked anyway. However it is never over:

First i need to consistently cleanse day and night as my nose is oily asf

Rubbing my nose aswell like hateeq can help get some of that oil off

Hydrocortisone cream to shrink nose size

LIPS:

Exfoliating lips. Holy shit it feels so good to exfoliate so doing this day and night while applying a load of vaseline makes them feel buttery smooth while also having a slight redness to help my coloring

The vaseline with a slight red tint to further help coloring

SKIN:

Exfoliating skin to help it also feel buttery smooth

Back to moisturizing loads to help my dry ass skin but also for that glow

Cleansing to get rid of all of that grit obvs

Increasing vitamin A intake. To help eith retinol and cell turnover

Facial saunas to help open pores

Back to icing face to help get rid of puffiness but also help smoothness

I was thinking of investing into topical ghk-cu but it is reccomended for adult skin so maybe later this also applies to vitamin c serum and retinol masks

However i use 'the ordinary' skincare brand and they use peptides in their serums so that can help and it also glows my face

Spf 50 tinted sunscreen for coloring and the glow

NECK:

Neck curls

Neck exercises forget the name

FRAME:

I remember reading abt this exercise used by bodybuilders to help widen clavicles so i will hop onto that

Obvs building somewhat a lean muscley build

Height:

Yoga to help stretch

Better sleep best time is around 10:30 because this is when ur body releases the most natural hgh

For my 17th i was thinking of pinning hgh and i am on the edge to js buy it.

FACIAL BONES:

Gotta smash my face harder

Mainly the zygos

I dont rlly like doing the mandible as it js feels weird

Scared of the undereye as i dont wanna go blind so for now js the zygos

I also gotta drink more milk alongside this. I also noticed better bone growth while taking vitamin d3 as vitamin d helps the vitamin c absorb into the bones. A little bit of sugar into the milk as i saw dr.bones reccomend this and also nocturnal kent but deffo not 500g

DIET:

gotta hop back on bananas but increase to 2 bananas daily

Eating more tuna and red meats

More milk, water and coconut water abt 1L: 3-4L and 500 ml daily for each

Cut down carbs sugars and processed foods like freezer food

More or less thats it i can smell the dnr however if u did read all of that ty for reading pls give feedback and i wish the best for you.
