I’m not posting this to brag or anything I am posting it so people younger than me can see that I was never really that tall when i was younger and there is always hope
Also I have been ‘height maxxing’, so to speak, for around 3 years so before it was popular and mainstream, it was literally all I would think about wanting to get taller. I would eat 5-6K calories everyday of whatever I wanted and I got to like 90kg at my max when i was around 5’11 but now i’m around 78kg at 6’3.5. I would also sleep 8-10 hours everyday non negotiable. Best foods to prioritise are dairy and meat ofc.
I am 17 in 3 months so if u wanna find out my height at your age then do some calculations it’s not difficult.
Also i just noticed i put 6’0.75 jfl i used to measure myself everyday
