I js turned 16 but at the doctor they said I haven’t grown in 8 months since my last check. My dad is 6’2 mom is5’7 and my older brother is 6’4. What can I do and how tall would I be, also I’m not that late in puberty I barely got any thick facial hair.

What should I do to grow? I’m considering gh
I’m running 35mg of mk677 a night rn along with 1mg of cjc1295 with dac a week
I’ma do a little guide just for you.

Most growth in height is correlated with having an optimal posture and lifestyle. People overcomplicate it with all kinds of weird internet methods, but the fundamentals are actually pretty simple.

First, you need to maintain good spinal alignment. Avoid sitting hunched over all day. Stretch regularly and strengthen your back so your spine stays upright and elongated. If your posture is constantly collapsed, you’re literally compressing the height you already have.

Step 1: Optimize your posture.

Stand straight. Shoulders back, chest up, chin neutral.
A properly aligned spine lets you reach your maximum natural height and prepares your body for the next steps.

Step 2: Sleep 8–10 hours every night.

Deep sleep maximizes growth hormone release and keeps your spine decompressed. Consistent sleep is essential if you want your body functioning at its peak.

Step 3: Eat a proper diet.

Consume enough protein, calcium, vitamin D, and minerals to support bone growth and overall health. Your body needs the right building blocks to reach its full potential.

Step 4: Train and stay active.

Sprint, jump, stretch, and play sports that promote athletic development. Hanging exercises and mobility work can help decompress your spine and improve posture.

Here’s how you put it all together.

Stand straight.
Shoulders back.
Chest up.
Chin neutral.

A properly aligned spine lets you reach your maximum natural height and prepares your body for the next step.

Then, with your posture corrected, your body optimized, and your gaze directed upward…

You’re now in the ideal position to pray to Gandy.
