Wdym “post carb load”,this isn’t a fast acting insulin to even do that,it dosen’t have an acute peak. Also “Post”,you’re supposed to pin it whenever,before or after consuming food due to long half life.
Also what’s this carb-protein ratio?

Not a fear of androgen i will be using them, its the matter of keeping my plates open. Diet bit is fucked ik, dk why the word post is there. Risk of glycemia is still present even with a long acting

Diet bit is fucked ik, dk why the word post is there. Risk of glycemia is still present even with a long acting

Fix your diet then? It’s better than any supplement. Risk of hyperglycemia is low if you just eat carbs throughout the day,what’s so hard to understand,you’re using the safest insulin yet you’re still scared of hyperglycemia,I don’t understand.
