The research isnt even complicated, just having a decent understanding of the endocrine system and how everything interacts with each other, knowing potential side effects and how to mitigate them and knowing how to read blood work is all you really need.

I would even argue your going to get way better roid advice from people in LM forumns than you would from people in BB forumns

letrozole afaik regularly provides supraphysiological testosterone independent from your previous e2 levels
not sure about arimidex, i know its less than letro because it doesnt suppress peripheral e2 as much as letro does (iirc ~10% remaining e2 for arimidex and 5% for letro)
