Total cost - £16790 if I get the cheapest options and I do it in the uk ( most likely will go to Turkey or mexico)

I might going to try larping my way into a free rhino funded by the NHS

Might also try to DIY the bullhorn lip lift

After all of that I'll ascend from ogre to mtn-hmtn

Turkey has a very competitive cosmetic surgery industry so good prices for good surgeries. Essential though to do extensive research on your clinic because regulation on safety etc isn't high at all. Find one in Antalya or Istanbul as the ones elsewhere can be sketchy (although there are sketchy ones in Antalya/Istanbul too)

Mirin the price for u to ascend. To get all my shit fixed its gonna cost 65-80k but that’s to get everything perfect but to ascend to htn its gonna be like 30-40k
