Wanna ask about thumbpulling.

Does this method actually work?

Can it give the same results as MSE or MARPE, but just takes way longer?
And is it even safe to do thumbpulling?

Can thumbpulling actually fix my crooked teeth and overjet?

I really wanna try thumbpulling cause of Jordan Woods results, but some people say it's just cope and it'll ruin my face.
