Pretty much how it's "used", again no real data about it. In theory it could make your "mewing gains" (aka just u tryna counteract bad developpement) appear faster.
Don't even know when jester patel started it, either way best to do mewing rn, shi is free passive lm exp when in puberty.
After puberty pretty much cooked either surgery or Mewing +PEDs for a ludicrous time (like Astrosky)
