I'm gonna be 14 in August 154cm mom 149cm dad 174 can I achieve 5'9-5'10 I can't pin hgh cuz my parents will find out

Is there a way I can boost gh naturally??
Most important — ~70% of GH is released during deep sleep
Aim for 8–9 hours, consistent sleep schedule
Sleep before midnight if possible
Heavy compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, rows) are the strongest natural GH stimulus
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) also works well
Keep rest periods moderate (60–90 sec) for maximum GH response
Avoid sugar/carbs around training — insulin spikes suppress GH
Intermittent fasting significantly raises GH (studies show up to 2000% increase during fasting windows)
Eat enough protein — provides arginine, which stimulates GH
Foods high in arginine: meat, nuts, seeds

Arginine (especially at rest/sleep)
Vitamin D — deficiency correlates with lower GH
Magnesium — supports deep sleep and GH release
Melatonin (low dose ~0.5mg) — enhances GH during sleep

its kinda the same with my dad

its for sure possible, just stay healthy, avoid seed oils/junk food in general for a while, drink water, workout, and get 9+ hours of sleep
