Yeah, as someone whos used DNP for a few short bursts, i can say it makes you feel like literal shit, not worth it. Whats even worse is that i was on a "conservative dose" .
First did 200mg everyday and didnt last more than 5 days, moving that took any effort above like walking was uncomfortable, and running intensely made me felt like i was burning inside, I was looked at like a madman, middle of winter and i had rpactically nothing on. I thought it was some stack sent from god himself, dosing DNP + Cardarine + Injectible L carnitine, but turned out to be not as good as i thought thb. Find peace in not being where you need to be rn, itll take time, its more worth it then, DNP produces so much xoidative stress, i genuinely felt like i was developing Peripheral Neuropathy, but looking back at it I was just severely dehydrated and was crmaping all the time. (PN and carmps are quite similar, its like loosing sensation in a part of your body, it feels asleep, apparently thats onset of PN).
And just a few days ago got asked out by some Boid (third world country cell, white guy living in slums of Africa) and even though shes LTB i needed to get abs to slay, worst part is im not even fat and have lost 20kg in the past 9 months, but still have this obsession with abs, and honestly, lean IS law tbh yall.
Never again with DNP, im hopping on reta and SLUPP 332, fuck everything else, ESPECIALLY dnp, apparently low ATP is HORRIBLE for heightmaxxing, so i dont ever plan to use it again.
Fuck DNP, just use reta, fix diet and get a LITTLE cardio in, less is more bro, i realised doing all this shit just for a few days isnt what counts, its the effort you put in compounded throughout weeks, moptnhs that really matters, theres always a daily fat oxidation limit and above that your just loosing muscle, better to have a consistent cardio routine that most people would laugh at, but one that you STICK TO.
Literally, if youre a collage kid or in HS, every class take like a 5 min bathroom break and walk the hallrooms for 5-8 mins, compounded over 7-8 periods, thats like 45-60 mins of walking daily. This is the shit that counts. Another thing, when working out in the gym, in between sets get some low state cardio in, if possible. You get my drift, its not worth it. 200mg DNP everyday when accumilated for 10 days is 500 extra calories of expenditure for free, (equivalent to taking a one day dose of 540mg). Dude, you can get that through calorie deficit for far healthier, wouldnt wish DNP on my worst enemy.
