I want to get on DNP, im too lazy to do all this cardio and starve alone.

I want to rot while I play VNs and consume all types of media rather than waste my day walking for hours outside, and it'll be freezing here anyways. The faster the weight loss, the better idc. I can get a membership at the gym for 3 months and just walk on a machine like some slave if I'm worried about the cold..
I'm just tired of this. I have the bone structure, but I have too much facial fat accumulated in my face from being obese. I'm 17, 5'7, and 145-150.

It was supposed to be all done by Oct 2025. I'm on reta and some bunk sema.
Idc atp, just need some second opinions. Starving and some cardio is too much work. I'm not struggling to lose weight, but fuck man, I want faster progress.

Doing cardio has more benefits than just weight loss, if you're walking outside for any real amount of time regularly your skin will adopt a "glow", or a youthful appearance, weight loss through diet AND exercise is best, obviously if you can only do one its better than not doing either, I dont know what DNP is but I assume its some kinda weight loss drug, it probably is way easier to commit to taking a drug than it is to walk multiple hours everyday and diet hard though, if you're in this to "looksmax" I would recommend doing as much cardio as possible but ask yourself "is this sustainable?", if you can't see yourself still walking say 3 hours a day in a year then dont bother, I think most people can commit an hour or two everyday though, a lot of people will start a diet or exercise plan and have outrageous goals and fail before they even try, or they will do a 4 hour long weight training session and never speak of it again, I love weight training but if I knew I had to do it for 4 hours I wouldn't want to do it either again after the first session.

I walked 20 miles yesterday, but 7-10 miles is a doable pace if I just go outside for an hour at 3mph and then put my walking pad to use, but the calories burnt without incline aren't much. DNP was used for explosives that ppl found out when inhaled, fuckers were losing weight, something along those lines, all I know is it burns fat rapidly. Skip all the details and risks idk. Holy shit, I'm too impatient.

dosing up 2 mg each month. 4 mg atm. 2nd week on that dose. dood I should just improve my health indicators, hop on test, some var, and fuck all with this shit by being patient, losing body fat slowly. That'd mean a job starting this month or feb, so nvm
Do 6mg. And use bam-15 or slu-pp-332, better option than DNP. Yeah we don't know the long term effects blah blah, the mechanisms are safe enough so just DYOR and find a good dose. How much weight you lost?

im around 148 or so. Was 250 at April 2025. Good amount, just that not all of it was pure fat obviously.
7 stones of weight loss and you still want more? these drugs are only crutches when you get to a certain weight (glp-1 wise), so introducing others is necessary. Slu-pp-332 or BAM-15 i recommend.

DNP doesn't even take effort to use competently. Go for it, assuming you don't have predisposed heart/BP issues and it's below 55F outside.

Stay at 250mg or less, cycle for 14-21 days max depending on how bad symptoms are by the end of the 2nd week, keep using Reta with it so you don't eat everything and kill the point of DNP. Use with antioxidants like vitamin A, C and E, NAC, get in your electrolytes and a lot of water (ideally carry around a jug), don't take any stimulants with it and you probably won't die.

Yeah, as someone whos used DNP for a few short bursts, i can say it makes you feel like literal shit, not worth it. Whats even worse is that i was on a "conservative dose" .

First did 200mg everyday and didnt last more than 5 days, moving that took any effort above like walking was uncomfortable, and running intensely made me felt like i was burning inside, I was looked at like a madman, middle of winter and i had rpactically nothing on. I thought it was some stack sent from god himself, dosing DNP + Cardarine + Injectible L carnitine, but turned out to be not as good as i thought thb. Find peace in not being where you need to be rn, itll take time, its more worth it then, DNP produces so much xoidative stress, i genuinely felt like i was developing Peripheral Neuropathy, but looking back at it I was just severely dehydrated and was crmaping all the time. (PN and carmps are quite similar, its like loosing sensation in a part of your body, it feels asleep, apparently thats onset of PN).

And just a few days ago got asked out by some Boid (third world country cell, white guy living in slums of Africa) and even though shes LTB i needed to get abs to slay, worst part is im not even fat and have lost 20kg in the past 9 months, but still have this obsession with abs, and honestly, lean IS law tbh yall.


Never again with DNP, im hopping on reta and SLUPP 332, fuck everything else, ESPECIALLY dnp, apparently low ATP is HORRIBLE for heightmaxxing, so i dont ever plan to use it again.

Fuck DNP, just use reta, fix diet and get a LITTLE cardio in, less is more bro, i realised doing all this shit just for a few days isnt what counts, its the effort you put in compounded throughout weeks, moptnhs that really matters, theres always a daily fat oxidation limit and above that your just loosing muscle, better to have a consistent cardio routine that most people would laugh at, but one that you STICK TO.

Literally, if youre a collage kid or in HS, every class take like a 5 min bathroom break and walk the hallrooms for 5-8 mins, compounded over 7-8 periods, thats like 45-60 mins of walking daily. This is the shit that counts. Another thing, when working out in the gym, in between sets get some low state cardio in, if possible. You get my drift, its not worth it. 200mg DNP everyday when accumilated for 10 days is 500 extra calories of expenditure for free, (equivalent to taking a one day dose of 540mg). Dude, you can get that through calorie deficit for far healthier, wouldnt wish DNP on my worst enemy.

DNP dehydration is hell, was chugging electrolyte packs like it was nothing, literally on the first night. the 2-3lbs i lost wasnt worth the 4 days of agony

Honestly, anyone considering DNP as some miracle pill, i dare you to try a low dose for just a week, shit fucking drains you.

I honestly think my stack was far better than 99.99% of people running DNP, had a pleathora of antioxidants and dosed like 5x a day, so many ancillaries, and I STILL felt like shit. Reta is the way, same for cardio. Im hopping on 30 mins cardio daily, literally equivalent to decent dose DNP bro, and honestly take zero effort, low intensity is superior.
