Hello guys I want to have a discussion. I’m probably around 13 percent body fat, currently trying to get to maybe 10 percent. I used to be like 18 percent back in like november. I just can’t stop thinking about food and my calories and protein like it’s so bad. I normally eat like 2k cals and 150g of protein, and 1-2 hours of cardio. I could be in a 800-1k cal deficit everyday of the week but then the weekends if i’m with my friends without even trying i eat in a 1k surplus and undo like half of my weeks progress. There is much more but i don’t want to get dnrd. Any help on how to stop viewing food like this would be appreciated.
