Hello guys I want to have a discussion. I’m probably around 13 percent body fat, currently trying to get to maybe 10 percent. I used to be like 18 percent back in like november. I just can’t stop thinking about food and my calories and protein like it’s so bad. I normally eat like 2k cals and 150g of protein, and 1-2 hours of cardio. I could be in a 800-1k cal deficit everyday of the week but then the weekends if i’m with my friends without even trying i eat in a 1k surplus and undo like half of my weeks progress. There is much more but i don’t want to get dnrd. Any help on how to stop viewing food like this would be appreciated.

also when i say ed i don’t mean like one of the fucking starving ones or where u make yourself throw up, it’s like minor compared to that but still bad

diet suppressants will be ur best friend here, if u want to lose fat hop on reta, it is hands down the best weight loss drug out there, but if you are trying to stay somewhat natty, diet suppressants like ephedrine will help u a lot, if that’s what you are looking for, mark as solution
